We will always try to accommodate all of our clients with any changes needed as long as it's duable and available, if any changes must be done an updated contract will be necessary.

Unfortunately no, only us at Love Stories are authorized to deliver/pick-up, set-up and breakdown, our walls and arch may be heavy and if improperly installed it may cause harm to yourself or others also this prevents damages to our rentals, therefore it will not be an option.

Yes, all of our rentals include delivery/pick-up, set up & breakdown services within 30 miles from us anything over that a delivery fee will apply. Email us for a quote!

Yes! We deliver/pick-up, set-up and breakdown the day of your event.

We don't expect them at all, they are appreciated if you so feel like it! And we thank you! But a good review is worth gold to us! 

We recommend saving your date as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests as long as the rental  dates are available.

Yes, we require a 40% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior your event.

You can browse our inventory online and submit a request for the equipment you need. We will confirm availability and give you a quote, if you're interested and willing to move foward a contract and invoice will be sent, carefully read your contract, fill it out, email it back & we will review your contract before moving forward with your deposit, Upon approval your deposit will be require to finalize the booking, once received we will return our contract signed along with confirmation of your booking and a receipt will be sent to you via email to confirm your deposit payment for your records, and ta-da! You're booked!
